ARTICLE 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service or Terms and Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
They provide us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is only stored as long as necessary to complete your transaction. After that, your purchase information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council — a joint effort of companies like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
For more information, please review Shopify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers (like payment gateways) have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide for purchase-related transactions.
We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you understand how your personal data will be handled.
Keep in mind that some providers may be located or have facilities in jurisdictions different from yours or ours.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a gateway in the U.S., your information may be subject to U.S. laws, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption.
While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow PCI-DSS requirements and implement other widely accepted industry standards.
