SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are shipped regularly within 48 hours of purchase.
In general, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking the “View my order” link included in both the order confirmation and the shipping confirmation emails.
Note: tracking information usually becomes available approximately 4 days after dispatch.
After placing your order, you will receive a first email confirming your order, followed by a second email confirming shipment.
Please monitor your tracking status carefully. In some cases, your parcel may be held at your local post office without a delivery notice left in your mailbox.
Good to know: the post office holds parcels for 15 days. After this period, the package is returned to the sender. If this happens, a fee will be requested to re-ship your order.
Once your order is placed, you have a 2-hour window to cancel it via our contact form in the “Contact Us” section.
After this period, a refund can only be issued once we have received your order back in full.
